This course seeks to let students understand the relations between lands and economic activities. Moreover this course also want to achieve the goals that students, after finishing this course, can use basic economic perspectives and rationales to interpret the reasons of different patterns of land uses, spatial structure, land taxation, land institutions and land policies.
