This is an introduction course designed for all freshmen in college of Information and Electrical Engineering. The course mainly introduces two programs -- wireless communications program and digital communications program - in Communications Engineering Department, it also introduces other programs in Information Engineering and Computer Science Department, Electrical Engineering Department, Autocontrol Engineering Department, and Electronic Engineering Department. In addition, ethics in engineering is introduced.
